Livivngstone H.O.P.E. Project

The H.O.P.E. Emancipation Project is a nonprofit initiative at Livingstone College in Salisbury, NC, dedicated to providing full college scholarships for students who have aged out of foster care. As a newly launched program, it is beginning to build its support network and impact.
